Reserve Fund Study
A reserve fund study is a document drawn up by a building professional (engineer, architect, technologist) with the aim of providing the information needed to gain a better understanding of the major work to be carried out, the sums required to do it, and the strategies available to raise the sums in question. The goal is to ensure the building’s longevity.
The creation and application of a maintenance logbook makes it possible to find: guides, data sheets, maintenance, annual inspection, expert jargon, work tracking and much more.
